XXX Domain Comment

I am not in favor of the proposed .XXX top level domain.  The idea of
creating an area of the internet where all XXX content will be swept into
is impractical.  If mandatory registration of .XXX domains is ever
required, enforcement of the mandate will be impossible given the
struation of adult domains scattered across existing .com's and .net's. 
Additionally, creating an area of the internet where everyone knows that
pornography exists is just taunting adolescents to come and surf where
they know that they'll find exactly what they are looking for.

If the goal here is to protect children, creating an area of the internet
specifically for them is a more managable, and responsible, solution. 
Also, parents bear the primary responsibility for protecting their own
children and monitoring their child's internet activity.
