It sounds like Germany 1933. There was an Austrian who forced some members
of the society to wear special signs. Not only jewish people had to wear a
star on their clothes, gays and members of political parties had to, too. So
it´s a kind of discrimination against a part of business. That shouldn´t be
supported by ICANN.
