Don't ghettoize the internet! .xxx can have only one purpose - to facilitate the wholesale censoring of the internet by the sexual socialists of the world, such as China, Saudi Arabia and the USA.

I already register all my sites with the Internet Content Rating Association, www.icra.org, so that people who do not want to see erotic content can block my sites on their computer. So what purpose could .xxx possibly serve other than to go beyond that and marginlize those who publish sexual content, and essentially "brand" them with a "scarlet letter" (actually three of them).

icra.org ratings are a much more precise way of making the internet safe than a .xxx red-light district, distinguishing between sex education material and sexual entertainment material for example - so why would anyone other than those with sinister (or greedy) intentions want to replace such a precise and effective instrument with such a crude one?
