ICANN received a letter from WIPO regarding the "WIPO Second Internet Domain
Name Process" (see <http://www.icann.org/minutes/report-wipo-07mar03.htm>
for ICANN General Counsel's briefing and a link to the letter). It relates
to relates to names of IGOs and countries, and will be referred to the
"responsible supporting organization and advisory bodies" (presumably GSNO
and TEAC). The ALAC should consider how it wishes to participate.
