[alac] Board Minutes?

Roberto,

I notice that the Board's minutes for *all* its meetings after June
2003 are missing from the ICANN web site.  As you probably know, the
bylaws say that such minutes be "promptly" approved by the
originating body, and published.

I am not aware of any definition of the word "promptly" which would
apply to time intervals on the scale of one and a half years.

Could you please bring this to the board's attention in Cape Town?
