[alac] our web - member names

I noticed that ICANN ALAC website still puts the old members
as ALAC member, but not changed to new one:

http://www.icann.org/committees/alac/

Some details such as "background on Interim members" should
also be corrected/updated.

Denise, could you ask them to change?

AND, we are going to discuss the web matters today, right?

We need a better system to deal with this not going through
Denise every time.
