[alac] Planning ahead for Luxembourg

I realize that the Luxembourg meeting is still three months away, but I
need to buy my plane tix by mid-May to get a decent price.  (If you are
hoping to fly from the US, either in coach or biz class, you do, too.)

The meeting is nominally from Monday July 11th to Friday July 15th, but I
know that the MdP meeting had a fre sessions over the preceding weekend.
We had some talk of extra ALAC sessions related to civil society and other
topics.

We don't need to decide every detail now, just what days we're hoping to
be there.  Do we want to meet on Sunday the 10th, in which case it'd make
sense to arrive on the 9th?
