Vittorio,
The suggested list looks fine.
Maybe we should also discuss the ALAC/NCUC relationships; also, I am not
seeing anything on the ALAC budget.
While I know that each region is striving to involve their respective ALS,
it seems to me that we still need to design a clear mechanism whereby these
accredited ALS could further interact with us..
Regards
Pierre

All,
let's do some brainstorming through this e-mail thread, and list all
issues that we want to discuss in Luxembourg. We will devote the first
minutes of our first meeting (on Monday) to sort the list. (If we could
manage to finalize an unsorted list by Friday - Saturday, I would like
to get it posted on ICANN's website, if possible, just to give an idea
about what we are going to discuss.)
These are some items (in no particular order) that I think should be there:
- Reports from liaisons
- Whois
- New gTLD strategy/process
- Revision of the ALS accreditation process
- Pending ALS applications
- Outreach/RALO process
- WSIS/WGIG and future ICANN reforms
- New website
- Internal operations (conference call plan etc.)
I certainly forgot some things, please add.
Thanks,
