Thanks for your message.
The rotating vice chair for meeting would be effective from the ending of
one meeting to the ending of the other. The idea is this person to handle
the coordination work (Agenda, participants, meeting schedule, meeting
rooms, etc.) and to represent the committee during the meeting. The idea was
to have every region involved in these activities, and the rotating vive
chairs for meetings would be coming form the region in which the meeting
will be held.
Of course I´m open to other ideas !!

Hi, Sebastian, good and impressive suggestion.
I've only one concern about the rotating vice chair. Is the position only
working during our in-person meetings? Shall we consider making it a fixed
position so that it will be functioning all the time?
