Comment ccNSOAG7: maths

We got maths problem: only 9 persons (rather 8) from ccTLD Registries
are part to the ccNSO AG.

It is not trivial to discover that fact, because the list of 
ccNSO AG members is quite well hidden. 
For example the "Status Report and Workplan"

which summarise all ccNSO AG works and provide a timeline for 
next weeks does not indicate who are AG members, neither explicitely,
nor implicitely - refering the only ERC report with the ccNSO AG set up
