Special consideration in domain attribution for geopolitical situation

I would like to suggest that a special attention would be given to
countries/entities that wish to have their own "dot" base on
geopolitical situation rather that geographical location.

In occurence, I would like to suggest the creation of a dot-qc (.QC)
for Quebec.

Tough part of the dot-ca domain (QC.CA), Quebec has a particular status
due to it's cultural and linguistic status in the Canadian
confederation. As a distinct society, and to the image of Monaco
(independent state within the state of France) it would be advisable
that we, the people of Quebec have the opportunity of free expression
trough the manifestation of our own dot-qc domain.
