With reference to the
new TLD selection process, we would like to support the motion to give new
proponents an opportunity to present proposals for sponsored gTLDs, as this
will be a means of ensuring that fresh initiatives, which could enhance the
domain name space, may be duly considered.
We also want to
stress the importance of reconsidering two of the non-approved gTLDs proposed
on November 2000: .xxx and .kids We think
these two proposed gTLDs would have a positive impact on the Internet, improving
the Internet experience by unclogging information traffic, and benefits users
around the world,.
