        Any new TLD should not be encumbered by a "sunrise period". Remember, a sunrise period will give unfair preferential treatment to trademark holders to handpick through domains before anyone else, even though their marks may have not even been infringed upon.

A sunrise period results in a RESTRICTED TLD.
