Interesting that since Nov 17th 2000, that the list of Agreements for the New TLDs that have not been completed is large. This means that the new domains will probably not open to the internet community until third / fourth quarter or early 2002 this is unacceptable. Does this mean that the new registries are not ready to implement these domains ? do they have business plans (required for evaluation)doesn't look like it? Why did ICANN approve these domains and associated companies, if they are not ready to register names ? The whole purpose of the applications, evaluations and final decision was to appoint new registries that can quickly introduce new domains, not take 6-15 months to introduce new domains.
