            At ICANN's last meeting .web was "reserved" because a company (IOD)had already developed that TLD.  

At the time of ICANN's meeting,  .biz was also a developed TLD.  Why was it assigned as a "new" TLD to a different company ???????

I strongly agree that IOD's .web should be in the root.    And I strongly agree that biztld.net should be allowed to have their unique .biz registry.  

ICANN--please don't re-assign .biz   It's already been developed!
