Did Leah Gallegos put a proposal up to ICANN |

The Question that I have, "Did Leah Gallegos, SUBMIT
an application to ICANN for .biz ???" If, so then ICANN must provide good reasons
for not accepting the Application, but if Ms Gallegos did not Apply to ICANN then
you cannot complain about the process. I hope that Leah Gallegos, will negotiate
to become an ICANN .Biz registrar for the Internet. Using her experience and knowledge
to build the .Biz Domain Space for the World. If the world wants a global internet
then, a body like ICANN must be their to administer the Issuing of Names and Numbers.
(don't think i support ICANN) But the method, and the nature of the application process
for the new tlds was flawed from the beginning. But you can understand that this
is a "world first" for ICANN since the creation of the first tlds. I hope that
the Application process get better when other TLDs get added to the Root Servers.
