Subject:	I've complained to NSI and I've been double billed by them!!!

ICANN don't let Verisign continue NSI's poor service and crappy online form style.....I've never been so confused in all my life than I was on my first domain name transfer! NSI sucks!!! Have you ever tried to call them on the phone? The hold time is in the hours! Please listen to the people and not the greedy corporations. With wording like "terms to be determined" in any of these contracts, we are in trouble.
