Sunrise Period - Tradesmarks and Service Marks |

The sunrise period is the best method for the current
internet structure, I can't see any remedies from the software to enhance protection
for businesses that own trademarks and service marks throughout the world. Another
problems is different trademarks for the same name with different owners. All
these issues are being handled after the case through the expensive UDRP and should
be minimized at the beginning of the Domain Registration Process (DRP). I suggest
that the Infrastrcuture Committees including the software vendors for the Internet
get their heads together and development a better DNS Server Platform taking in these
business related issues.
