Personally and as an ICANN member at large, I am very concerned at the idea of a “Sunrise.”  Particularly regarding the proposed “.info” Top Level Domain.  If a new TLD is to be instituted as unrestricted, then it is imperative that no stipulations apply.  Such an unfair course of action as the “Sunrise” plan is contradictory to the standards to which ICANN was founded.  So unfair in fact, that it seems to indicate some underlining fowl play.  It is not and should not be the duty of ICANN to regulate and police trademark infringement. The Sunrise plan is bias and will forge a path of injustice for some time to come. Allowing holders of TM’s to reap the harvest before others can even look at the field.  Keep in mind the “Sunrise” plan will form an Aristocracy of Internet TLD holders and thus, a Sunset of internet freedoms. Stand firm against it!
