Regarding Image Online Design's ongoing struggle to recieve accreditation from ICANN and its predecessor IANNA.

Dear Sir,

Image online design has been in the registration and registry business for five years now, far before domains names became a lucrative industry and eons before a majority of ICANN's rival applicants entered the market. They have proven that they possess the ability to successfully operate and manage a registry.

In reviewing IOD's application ICANN launched personal attacks against IOD's founders and employees taunting their "inabiltity to grow in the design business and looking down on their prior "experience in the automotive sales."

In contrast Affilias application made no mention of Network Solutions inablity to grow in the web hosting bussiness, Tucows inabality to grow in the technology and downloads business and register.com's inability to expand past its domain names business.

Nearly six months after their approval, none of the awardees have been able to launch their new domain names; while Image Online Design is ready within minutes of recieving accreditation.

Over 20,000 individuals, myself excluded, from over 100 countries have succesfully registered a .web domain with Image Online Design.

The Paucity of Domain Names is manifesting market value and providing the primary impetus for "cybersquatting" if Icann were to approve Image Online's .web(tm) they might not only relieve crowding but dissolve cybersquatting.

Respectfully,
Anion
