Leah (aka. Pilot6), Your contention that Atlantic root should receive special consideration because it is run by a female entrepaneur is ludicrous. Surely even you realize that if ICANN were to begin recognizing ma and pa registires thousands of such registries would be immediately opened, creating tremendous confusion. Icann should only consider serious applicants(yes an applicant must apply!!!!).
