New TLD's, dot-tm (.tm) for trademarks and dot-sm (.sm) for service marks (instead
of dot-reg (.reg) for registered trademarks). All ccTLD's should be four letters
(with some exceptions (like .usa, .can, .mex). Some ccTLD's (like .am, .at, .fm,
.it, .to, .tv) should be changed to four letters after 5 years transition.
Then some of those (.am, .fm, .tv) should be opened to general use.
