If you did a live inquiry you
would have found no conflict with either .biz or .name. The other conflict
is with name.space and is being worked on as far as I know. You should know
that there are servers that have the identical information in their records, so what
you thought were conflicts with .BIZ are not. I believe that Andrew McGlaughlin
made a similar error when he commented in Melbourne when he stated that there were
several conflicts. There was some erroneous information in some roots for a
time. That has been corrected for quite a while now. The only potential
conflict with .BIZ is ICANN's choice.TLD managers are working to resolve any existing
conflicts. There have been some disturbing recent developments such as the
new.net conflicts and the ICANN selections. If they are not willing to work
them out, it will present a difficult problem. However, had ICANN not set the
precedent, we would have been well on our way to a collision-free name space.
Oh well...
