I hope that .biz will not be duplicated by ICANN.  If so, it'll cause massive chaos.  What happens to the .biz domains that already resolve? Go to biztld.net and you will see that .biz has been in existence as an active registrar for over 5 years!  How is it that ICANN was unaware of this?  Please, ICANN.  Don't duplicate .biz.  Thank you.
