from the cold............
Can anyone explain to me who or what is involved in
starting a new domain ending ie .com .net who makes them, and who decides?If I
had a great ."whatever" can i do anything about it or is up to 'the powers
that be' to make them up? If i am pissing in the wind ..let me know.
I can get
finance...and I have a viable plan but no legal knowledge of this area...e-mail me
