Why should AlanticRoot be given special treatment? If ICANN was to recognise
any of the other name spaces and give them rights to be included in the legacy root
name space then they would be obligated to recognise all other name spaces also.
I personally manage my own name space on my private network, a lot of other people
and companies do also. We would then all then be entitled to be included in
the legacy name space under your proposal. Your proposal is not practical.
