      Slicer,
Consider the circumstances under which the decision was made.
ICann made the decisions behind closed doors. The decision was made largely by an unelected body (see boardsquatters). The elected member of representing North America boycotted the vote. The company in question Neulevel inc., has no prior experience managing DNS or any proven technological capability. The best domains were reserved for generic trade mark holders and the remainder are being auctioned off via a probabilitly/lottery system(reaping a huge windfall for the registry). Does this sound like its a good decision?
