Personal preference irrelevant |

Personal preferences are irrelevant - as is the logical choice for ccTLD and ccSLD
that has been chosen. America already have .us - then they will have to adopt .amer
as per your ccTLD requirement - for standardization (as there should be). Do you
think they will go for it? Neither do I. To answer your hypothetical question
- .com.uk is the answer as both personal and logical choice, in place of co.uk. Businesses
have spent a fortune promoting their Internet identity. Though you have good ideas
- it would be silly and costly to change TLD now. Not that the ICANN listen to
us anyway ;-)
