Subject: AIMSTER is NOT an AOL trademark.  Notwithstanding Crooked Courts!

AIMSTER is NOT an AOL trademark.  Or at least it has never been used by or promoted by or published by AOL as a trademark.

AIM is an AOL trademark [for AOL Instant Messenger].    But that does NOT make AIMSTER such an AOL trademark!

Furthermore, many many companies use the AIM initials or word in their business.  Who decides who gets the aim domain?  "First come first served" is the only way.  [Current law prohibits cybersquatting for resale to trademark holders.  So there should be no problem with "First come first served".]
