More TLDs are needed, but under ICANN it won't matter how many are released, there
will always be a shortage of names. The TM lobby will make sure that the names they
have will not be duplicated in ANY TLD. The air, the sun, the moon and anything else
you care to mention has a TM on it. Anyone should have the right to use such names.
Whatever your company is called there is a good chance you will find a suitable
name in a TLD on the free roots, why not get one from there and put a link to it
on your existing sites along with a link to a site where visitors can re-tune their
DNS settings.
