I was refering to domino.biz - the domino is trademarked by hundreds of businesses
around the world. This reason why you "don't remember your post where you specifically
mentioned TLD's like .biz as untrademarkable." - is because I did not say it. I
seem to remember it being said by someone else (in court case?). If you analyse
correctly, you will see I was talking about SLDs. Those words do not apply to .biz
registry - because the .biz registry is unique. Or it was until duplicated by NeuLevel. There
was some qualifiers and other arguments - but like I say, my post above was merely
pointing out, that the authorities ignore trademarks - WHEN IT IS CONVIENIENT FOR
THEM TO DO SO.
