Touton said, "One of the big challenges for ICANN is to figure out how best to represent the different segments of the Internet community, including Internet users generally."

I think it is very kind of him, to finally get round to think about us.

This is my opinion on what Touton says.

His quote confirms ICANN ignore Articles of Incorporation.

I would like to ask him questions on this:

Making that statement, you admit that you have not figured out how to work for the benefit of the Internet community as a whole. *(see below)

After all this time, why is that?

Is this because you have chosen to put big business first?

Why do you not conform with relevant principles of international law?

Do you admit you ACTUALLY PROMOTE trademark abuse of power with UDRP?

If you say not - why do you give to one trademark above all the others of same name?

You could easily end this and consumer confussion.

Why do you not have open and transparent processes?

It is reasonable to assume you have hidden agenda.

All you unelected wasters should be dismissed.

You are the weakest link. Goodbye.

From Articles of Incorporation:

4. The Corporation shall operate ***for the benefit of the Internet community as a whole***, carrying out its activities in ***conformity with relevant principles of international law*** and applicable international conventions and local law and, to the extent appropriate and consistent with these Articles and its Bylaws, through ***open and transparent processes*** that enable competition and open entry in Internet-related markets. To this effect, the Corporation shall cooperate as appropriate with relevant international organizations.
