This is the last post I will write on this subject, for our little debate here is
purely academic. You said the answer was lower fees. Who or what body
will set these fees? The government? ICANN? My belief is that it
is difficult to find a better alternative than a free-market system. Perhaps
if ICANN is a variable, then a communistic (sic) approach would be best. Problem
is, ICANN shouldn't be a variable. S. Hudgens
