We must not forget who we are dealing with here.  ICANN is a US Gov sponsored organisation that does not like introducing anything that may conflict with it's aim to dominate the internet.  If this means wrecking small Biz as in the case of the duplication of DotBiz in the namespace, then as far as they are concerned, so be it.  I hope Dot Web is introduced in the A root, lets hope is not stolen and given to someone else to run.  We must not forget what ICANN have done to the original DotBiz, we must not discount their declared intention to be the only root and to thus destroy all other competition.  This from the land of the free?  Whatever happend to rights over there in the USA?
