Yes many generic words are trademarked. What does this have to do with afilias's
sunrise? I looked up 100 names and not only could no trademark be found in the us,
canadian or european databases, but the trademarks had bogus names (as in "unknown"
or a different name altogether ex: music.info had the trademark - dumping) and bogus
dates. How could the trademark been issued in 2040? This is not a trademark issue.
It is an issue of fraud. Plain and simple.
