Subject: A possible solution - scrap the sunrise period

When a system gets abused to the extent sunrise period  is, to persist with it is folly nay, downright foolishness.  Nobody expected such glaring abuses. So, all those who want to play by rules and respect the system will understand.  Controls, quotas and reservations have always resulted in inequities and hardships for all except unscrupulous elements.  If any reminder was needed of this proven economic law, we got one in sunrise period. So, what we need to is to:

1. Scrap sunrise period

2. Open .info registrations to all

3. UDRP and legal system have taken care of violations in the past.   There is no reason to believe they will fail in future.
