There is a remedy in place |

Its too late to say that .info should start all over. I mean theres only at the
most about 100 suspicious sunrise registrations. And theres a procedure already in
place (the sunrise challenge) to address this. I know it costs $295 to dispute a
sunrise registration and if its found to be an invalid registration, the challenger
does not get the name - it goes back into the pool for anyone to register (this is
fair, otherwise you would have an overload of challenges from domain speculators
who would think nothing of gambling $295 to get a shot at the most valuable names).
Unless of course you actually have a valid trademark, then you would get it. So
who would submit challenges then? Well groups (such as the alternate roots - who
do enough whining but never take any actions)who want to show the flaws in ICANN
could do so for the most valuable names. This would be good media coverage for them.
Or people who who have made a lot of money from domain speculation. This would be
there way of giving back something. So you see, if its significant enough, any discrepancies
will easily be sorted out by the provisions for doing so already in place.
