Subject: Manipulation of Biz and info could damage the domain registration business

Now the dot biz and dot info domain registration will be decided by a lottery way.  The hurted most are those businesses and individuals that have legitimate rights to certain domain names.  Because even if they have filed IP claims, they may not neccessarily get the domain names they are entitled to.  But they might strike back if they get really hurt. Why?  Because from a legal point view, if the biz and info registries knowingly asign these trademarked domain names to any party that does not have a legal right to the domain names, then the domain registries could get themself into some legal trouble because they could be part of the role in any possible infringement that the domain registrant commits later using the domain names.

We are looking forward to this happening if the registry does not change the domain assignment policy.
