You are being too kind to them. Who will get the extra money from challenges? Who is making a fortune from domain lottery and trademarks paying more money to protect the same tm words they share with others? Also, the legal profession are drooling and rubbing their collective hands together, in expectation of even more conflicts. Both for this and forthcoming UDRP. They are making a lot more than any so-called 'cybersquatters'. Can you not see? - IT IS ALL A CON. There is only one solution - my fingers are sore from typing it ;-)
