        Kelly, you chose some poor examples...while you can easily check the US trademarks online, you can't say this about the other 3rd world countries. It appears that the registrations from countries like AL, KR, and MA aren't bogus - you can't make that assumption without verifying it.  It appears that these individuals simply filled out their information wrong, which is possible since english is obviously not their 1st language - they likely just wrote Unknown and other things (like their personal name?) because they didn't comprehend the forms correctly.

If you think the registration is fraudulent, then why don't you challenge it - it costs only $75 ($295 - $225 back if you are successful).
