Even if they are challenged and challenge is successful, startup period will not have benefit of these names and, many of these names should have rightlfully gone into startup period. Imagine, Alabama.info is registered under trademark: unknown and the trademark date is or rather will be 2040. America.info is taken under trademark: expertinfo.  There are scores of such registrations. At this pace there will not be any need for startup period! Amar
