Stand-by proposal in no way changes
the procedure of startup period. There is no possibility of any one registrar
cornering the bulk of domain names because of round robin system. Whether you
have a stand-by or not, startup procedure will be the same!Moreove, Genuine sunrise
registrants have nothing to fear from stand-by. It is only those who have usruped
the domains by frauduelent means need to fear, and rightly so. Let what
legitimately belong to sunrise registrants, go to them and what rightfully belong
to startup registrants, return to them. And, challenge round will never achieve
that objective. Let's stay focused on Internet's biggest fraud and misrepresentation. Amar
