You are so naive, I will have to spell this out for you.  No one registrar will be able to hoard all the best domains but since up to half of the ICANN accredited registrars will be in on this scam, up to half of the best names will end up in these 50 or so registrars hands. In the end, what does it matter if 1 registrar gets half of the best domains or these names are spread over 50 of them? The net result is the same and the domain speculators are the ones who unfairly lose out. If still you can't understand this, go find some childrens forum to post on.
