Subject: ICANN should sort this mess out

The news articles have been very critical of the sunrise procedure.

ICANN should sort this mess out - perhaps restart, as some have said?

While none have been issued, it seems the sensible thing to do.

Like stated before, I believe this fiasco was purposeful. To extract the most profit from sunrise procedure.

I do not agree with the sunrise period on new TLDs - while authorities are using spin, lies and propaganda.

The big lie - that trademarks cannot all be separately identified.

They could stop 'consumer confusion' and 'trademark conflict' and 'passing off' - if they TRULY wanted.

Simple - name.class.country.reg e.g. apple.computer.us.reg - redirecting apple.com to this address.

No new mixed TLDs (trademarks and non-trademarks) - while they make false claim to peoples domains.

The legal profession are using these lies to make a fortune and big business is using them to bully everyone.

e.g. Nissan Motors tried to bully nissan.com from Mr Nissan - so .car should be reserved, just for car manufacturers.

It is just common sense logic.
