Bezzant, I don't think this is fraudent, but rather a technical problem at Joker.com. A friend registered a legitimate trademark name through them and Siegfried Langenbach's name came up - I think it's still there but with my friend's trademark details. The name was pretty non-desirable in comparison to some of the others out there, so I doubt it would be fraud on joker's part - otherwise I'd imagine it'd be pretty expensive for Joker to register every single name on its site for itself! :) If I'm wrong, I'd be very keen to know as I'm sure Afilias would have a few harsh words to say to Mr Langenbach.
