From August 28 to September 11 is the
quiet period where no registrations are being taken. Afilias have called this
a time for "testing and evaluation". They may just purge the registry of the
fraudulent entries at this time. Who knows, we may all be wrong in thinking they
are a bunch of incompetent fools.
