Thats not correct. You can in fact register trademarks of words (including descriptive ones) in Egypt. And in fact, it is easier to get approval when done in english than in arabic. Rumney's registrations are without doubt fake. Although it is quite possible one might be valid and he used that same trademark registration number for all the rest of his (fake) registrations.
