Afilias can make any change (underline any change) in the sunrise policy by giving 1. 15 days' notice 2. after taking permission from ICANN. The quite period would be the most appropriate time to delete frauduelent registrations. But, they should make an announcement now.  This will also discourage new stars to appear on sunrise horizon! Amar
