Why can't affilias check all aplications? |

It only takes a couple minutes
per application to verify wheather or not a tm is valid. At the very least they could
catch the abvious cheaters. It would cost no more than $10 per application. Sounds
more like Afilias is incompetent rather than it is impossible to check.
