Checking trademarks in every country there is? In case you haven't realized the claimant must povide tm information including the country where the tm was granted. What part of that do you not understand? Act as a judge in which the registry has no specialty in? One does not need to be Clarence Darrow to arrive at the inescapable conclusion that Yesnic has no right to the names they have claimed. Furthermore if Afilias cannot procure the necessary people to do the job compotently they should get out of the registry business.
